Meet your crew
Craig Collins
Craig has been sailing the coast of Maine for 30 years. He has his US Coast Guard Captain's license with the rating of Masters 50 ton sailing. In addition to cruising the Maine coast in his own sailboats he has completed a number of offshore passages including sailing the East coast, to Bermuda and through the Caribbean. He also crews aboard the pinnace "Virginia" (A replica of the first European built boat in the Americas in 1608), the 1906 Bath-built Schooner "Mary E" and cruise boat "Merrymeeting" based at the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath. On his off time Craig works for the Town of Woolwich as an EMT.
Luke Small
Luke grew up spending summers lobstering and fishing Cape Cod Bay and Mid-Coast Maine. Luke has spent the past five years teaching traditional wooden boatbuilding skills at the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath and the Carpenter's Boat Shop in Bristol. Summers are spent sailing the Maine coast in any way possible! Luke has spent the last few seasons as crew on deliveries up and down the northeast coastline and is working toward a USCG Captains license.

Scott Amundson
Scott is an avid sailor and Jack of all trades. A master of all things mechanical, Scott is a welcome addition to our crew and invaluable calm presence on board. Perhaps more importantly, he keeps his captain in line when Craig spends too much time waxing poetic about history and ecology!

Emma Collins
Emma has been sailing since she was 6 years old, racing Opti's and sneaking off in her Sunfish when her parents weren't keeping a close watch over her. Currently a Junior at Bates College, Emma spends her summers working as an EMT for Woolwich EMS. Despite her best efforts and often begrudgingly, Emma has absorbed a certain amount of sailing knowledge from her father who is (not begrudgionally) proud of the competent sailor she has become.
